You are important to us


Your experience is essential to us. That is to say that we serve you and all our guests in any way possible from the first moment of contact until well after you depart from Wadi Rum. We want to make your stay with us both unique and memorable. And we do everything possible to make things easy, enjoyable, and memorable for you.


No prepayment


We consider not asking for a deposit or prepayment a kind service to our guests. In return, we trust our guests to be kind to us too. Therefore we have the following cancelation policy in place.


How changing, rescheduling and cancelation work


It can be that you are forced to change your travel plans and must change, reschedule, or cancel your booking with us. In that case, please let us know as soon as possible. Hereafter you find our policy for changing, rescheduling, and cancelation.


  • When you want to change, reschedule, or cancel your booking 7 days or more before arrival, you can do that for free.

  • In case you want to change or reschedule within 7 days before arrival, based on availability, you can change or reschedule for free. 

  • If you want to cancel within 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total amount.
